Case 1: The deposit does not appear in the account
Symptom You sent funds, but they are not visible where you expected them. Possible cause- the wrong token or network was used
- the funds were credited to USDC (Perps) and you are checking the wrong place
- Confirm that the deposit used the correct token and network.
- In the current direct transfer flow, confirm that the deposit was a supported USDC deposit.
- Open Portfolio and check Perpetuals, not only Spot.
- if the funds arrived in Perpetuals, use Transfer if you need them on the spot side
- if the wrong token or network was used, gather the transaction details and contact support
Case 2: The funds arrived, but there is still no buying power
Symptom The account is funded, but the trade panel still does not show the balance you expected. Possible cause- the balance is in Spot instead of Perpetuals
- the transfer was not completed or the page has not refreshed yet
- Open Portfolio and confirm whether the balance is in Spot or Perpetuals.
- If you want to trade perpetuals, confirm that the funds are on the Perpetuals side.
- move USDC between Spot and Perpetuals if needed
- refresh the page after the transfer and re-check the trade panel
Case 3: The available withdrawal amount is lower than expected
Symptom The total balance looks high enough, but the withdrawable amount is lower. Possible cause- part of the balance is locked as margin
- active orders are reserving funds
- total account value is being confused with Available
- Check the Available value in the withdrawal window.
- Check whether open positions are using margin.
- Check whether active orders are reserving balance.
- use Available as the real withdrawable number
- cancel unused orders or reduce/close positions if you need to free funds
Case 4: The withdrawal cannot be submitted
Symptom The withdrawal form is open, but submission does not work. Possible cause- the amount is below the minimum
- the wrong source balance is selected
- the selected chain does not match the destination
- there are not enough available funds
- Make sure the amount is above the minimum shown in the interface.
- Check that the correct asset source is selected: USDC or USDC [Spot].
- Check that the selected chain matches the receiving wallet or exchange deposit network.
- Confirm that the source balance has enough Available funds.
- correct the source balance or chain selection
- move funds between Spot and Perpetuals if needed
- retry only after the source and amount both look correct
Case 5: The wrong balance was selected for withdrawal
Symptom You opened the withdrawal flow from the wrong side of the account. Possible cause- the funds are sitting in the other internal balance
- Open Portfolio and confirm where the USDC currently sits.
- use Transfer to move the funds to the correct side
- return to the withdrawal window and select the matching asset source
Case 6: The wrong token or network was used
Symptom The transfer was sent, but the route or asset was incorrect. Possible cause- the wrong network or token was used during deposit or withdrawal
- Re-check the exact token and network used.
- Gather the wallet address, transaction hash, token, and network details.
- do not send a second transaction immediately to “fix” it
- contact support with the full transaction details as soon as possible
