Open the Deposit flow in the top-right corner of the terminal. Entry Finance currently supports multiple funding methods, including direct transfer and card-based flows. See How to deposit funds.
In the current flow, deposits are credited to USDC (Perps) by default.
The funds may be in the wrong balance. Open Portfolio and check whether they are in Spot or Perpetuals. If you want to trade perpetuals, the funds need to be in Perpetuals. See Spot and perpetuals balances.
Use Transfer from the account menu in the top-right corner. This moves USDC between the two internal balances. See Spot and perpetuals balances.
Yes, but you must choose the correct asset source in the withdrawal window, such as USDC or USDC [Spot]. See Withdraw.
Part of the balance may be locked in active orders or used as margin for open positions. The amount shown as Available is the amount that can actually be withdrawn right now.
In the current withdrawal flow shown in the terminal, the visible chain options are Arbitrum and HyperEVM.
Common reasons include selecting the wrong source balance, using the wrong network, or entering an amount below the minimum withdrawal threshold. See Withdraw.
Collect the transaction hash, token, network, and wallet details, then contact support as soon as possible. Do not send a second transaction immediately to try to fix it.
